{change the 1st dc with 2ch}

cut the yarn, weave in the end

R2 : use a different color of yarn, make the stitches on the space under the chains from R1

(2ch, 2dc, 2ch, 3dc, sl st on the next space)*8

cut the yarn, weave in the end

fold the piece into half, and you got yourself a butterfly

slip knot, chains until you've reached 10cm long (around 4in)
