In this post, I'll show you how to crochet another flower bag charm, we're going to make lily of the valley! 


This tutorial is a written pattern version of a video that was posted on my YouTube channel called "lily of the valley bag charm crochet tutorial | step-by-step guide to crochet lily of the valley".

LEAF

Slip knot, 19 chains

Skip the 1st ch, start from the 2nd one make : sc, hdc, 5dc, hdc, sc

Repeat one more time, then move to the other side of the chains.

Make : sc, hdc, 5dc, hdc, sc

Repeat one more time

Cut the yarn and weave in the ends


STRING

Make a slip knot, but leave a long string for sewing.

Make 50ch (20cm long)

You can adjust it how long/how short do you want.

When you’re done, you can cut the yarn but leave a long tail for sewing


FLOWER

(please watch the video, this part might be confusing if you only read the writtern pattern)

Start with green yarn

R1 : Magic ring, 6sc, sl st [6]

R2 : 3ch, (dc + ch)*5, sl st on the 2nd ch

Cut the yarn, change to the flower’s color

R3 : 2ch, (bobble stitch + ch)*6, sl st

R4 : ch, (sc, 2hdc, sc)*6, sl st

Cut the yarn, weave in the end


ASSEMBLING

Insert the string into the middle part of the leaf, then sew the string into the flowers
