We're entering the winter/christmas themed video this week! In this video, I'll show you how to crochet Hello Kitty/Pochacco Snoman! 

This tutorial is a written pattern version of a video that was posted on my YouTube channel called "hello kitty & pochacco snowman crochet tutorial | christmas & winter themed crochet keychain".

cut the yarn, weave in the end

Hello Kitty's Ear
R1 : magic ring, 4sc [4]
R2 : (sc, inc)*2 [6]
cut the yarn, leave a long tail for sewing

Hello Kitty's Bow
magic ring, (2ch, sc, 2ch, sl st on the ring)*2
cut the yarn, leave a few inches of string
wrap the string around the middle part of the bow
glue it on the left ear

Pochacco's Ear
R1 : magic ring, 6sc [6]

cut the yarn, leave a long tail for sewing

Scarf (For Hello Kitty & Pochacco)
slip knot, 51ch (22-23 cm long)
skip the 1st ch, start from the 2nd ch, make sc for each ch

Details
  • place eyes (4mm) between R5-R6
  • make the nose between the eyes (yellow for HK, black for pochacco)
  • for HK, add whiskers next to the eyes
  • add x mark as buttons on R12 and R14
