Start with green yarn.

R1 : 2ch, 6dc, sl st [6]

R2: 2ch, dc inc*6, sl st [12]

R3: ch, <FLO> sc inc *12, sl st [24]

Change to white yarn.

R4: (sl st, dc+ch, dc, sl st)*6

Tier 2 

Start with green yarn.

R1 : 2ch, 6dc, sl st [6]

R2: 2ch, dc inc*6, sl st [12]

R3: 2ch, (dc, dc inc)*6, sl st [18]

R4: ch, <FLO> sc inc *18, sl st [36]

Change to white yarn.

R5: (sl st, dc+ch, dc, sl st)*9

Tier 3

Start with green yarn.

R1 : 2ch, 6dc, sl st [6]

R2: 2ch, dc inc*6, sl st [12]

R3: 2ch, (dc, dc inc)*6, sl st [18]

R4: 2ch, (2dc, dc inc)*6, sl st [24]

R5: ch, <FLO> sc inc*24, sl st [48]

Change to white yarn.

R6: (sl st, dc+ch, dc, sl st)*12

Tier 4

Start with green yarn.

R1 : 2ch, 6dc, sl st [6]

R2: 2ch, dc inc*6, sl st [12]

Change to white yarn.

Star

R1: magic ring, 5sc [5]

Make a sl st

R2 : (make 3ch. Start from the 2nd ch make sc, then hdc on then next ch. Make another sl sl on the next stitch)*5 

Assembly

Glue them all together, or if you want to be more secure, you can sew all the pieces together.
