In this post, I'll show you how to crochet a Toothless and Lightfury bookmark.

Place eyes 5mm between R7-R8

EARS (make 2)
R1 : magic ring, 4sc [4]

R3-R5 : 8sc [8]
TOP SPIKES (make 2)
R1 : magic ring, 5sc [5]

SIDE SPIKES – TOP (make 2)
Slip knot, 4ch.
Skip the 1st ch, start from the 2nd ch: make sc for each chain [3]
SIDE SPIKES – BOTTOM (make 2)
Slip knot, 3ch.
Skip the 1st ch, start from the 2nd ch: make sc for each chain [2]
ASSEMBLY
Sew the top spikes on the top of the head (R1-R2)
Sew the ears next to the top spikes (R3-R6)
Sew the side spikes under the ears (R7-R8)
STRING
Slip knot, 55ch (22cm)
You can adjust the length based on your needs.
Add 7 chain for the tail
Skip 1st ch, start from the 2nd one make 5sc, then slip stitch on the next chain
Continue with sc until you reach the edge of the chain.
Cut the yarn, leave a tail for sewing
Red Tail:
Slip knot, 7ch
Skip the 1st ch, start from the 2nd chain make 5sc, then slip stitch on the next chain
Cut the yarn, weave in the end
Sew the red tail at the end of the string.
Attach the string into the bottom part of the head

HEAD
R1 : magic ring, 6sc [6]
R2 : inc*6 [12]
