Start with a red yarn (start from 00:32 on video)
Ring : slip knot, 15sc
make a slip stitch on the 1st ch.

if by any chance 16sc are not enough to cover the whole ring, you can add more sc (has to be an even number)

cut off the yarn and weave in the end

Grab a white yarn and make a slip knot. Insert it on the wreath.
ch, 2hd on the same stitch, skip 1 stitch, sl st on the next stitch -> repeat until the end of the round.
For the last sl st, make it on the very first stitch. Once you're done, cut off the yarn and weave in the end.
Detail: add stripe using green yarn and finish it with a bow
